This book contains the trivikram charitra and has ten thousand shlokas. It is set in Kurm Kalp and has the story of Trivarna. It has two parts and is auspicious for the reader and listener. First part consists of questions about Purans. Then it has the story of cutting Brahma’s head, Kapaal mochan, destruction of Yagya, Har and Kaalrup, Madan dahan, Prahlad and Narayan, Devasur Sangram, Sukeshi- Surya katha, Durga charitra, Kurukshetra, Anupam – Satya story, Birth of Parvati, Gauri, Kaushiki, Kumar, Andhak, Sandhya puja, Jabali, Arja, Marudgans, Tirthyatra by Prahlad, Dhundu katha, Pretakhyan, Nakshatra Purush, Shridama, Prahlad Bali dialogue, appreciation of Shri Hari in Sutal.
The second part has four samhitas. Each has thousand shlokas. Their names are MaheshwarI, Bhagwati, Sauri and Ganeshwari. The first one mentions ShriKrishna and his bhakts. Second one has story of Jagdamba. Third one has the importance of Surya. Last one has the mention of Shiva and Ganesh. This book was originally narrated by Rishi Pulastya to Narad who then narrated it Vyas who then told this to RomHarshan. Romharshan preached this to Shaunak etc in Naimisharanya.
