Usually, idols and pictures of gods and goddesses are kept in the homes of all of us for the attainment of happiness, peace and prosperity. But the scriptures say that if the idols of gods and goddesses are not placed in which place of the house and in what way, the happiness and prosperity of the house will be hindered.
According to Vaastu Shastra, there are some rules for keeping idols of God in the house. The family will always be happy to follow him. According to architectural science, it would be more auspicious and beneficial to place a sitting idol in the house instead of a standing idol of gods and goddesses. During the pooja lesson, the idol is made easy by placing the deity first and placed in the place of worship. This is done for the purpose of keeping the gods and goddesses in the house. Since the idol or picture of the standing gods and goddesses is considered to be a symbol of departure without God, the idol of the sitting gods and goddesses is considered auspicious.
According to architectural science, idols of Goddess Lakshmi, Saraswati, Ganesh and Kubera should never be erected in a house. If there is an idol of the gods, it is always auspicious and beneficial.
