Doing these five things on Monday is believed to fulfill the aspirations
Many women fast on Mondays. It is believed that fasting on Monday fulfills one’s aspirations. On Monday, the deity Aradhyadeva Mahadev is also worshiped.
Worship of Lord Shiva is performed by unmarried women with the wish of a suitable bridegroom and a married woman with the wish of longevity of her husband.
There is a religious belief that wearing white clothes on this day and donating white items will bring special fruits.
It is believed that Lord Shiva is pleased by worshiping Shiva Stotra, Rudraksha and Bilva Patra on Mondays.
Doing the following five deeds out of reverence for Lord Shiva is believed to fulfill one’s aspirations.
1. Monday is considered to be the day of Lord Shiva i.e. the day of the moon. It is believed that getting up early in the morning on this day and worshipping Lord Shiva and reciting Shiva Chalisa or Shivashtak will please Lord Shiva and solve the problem.
2. There is a religious belief that offering Rudraksha to Lord Shiva by meditating on Gauri-Shankar on Monday morning to solve the ups and downs or problems in married life will fulfill one’s heart’s desire.
3. Worshiping Shivalinga by making tika of white sandalwood on Belpatra in the morning also brings success.
4. On Monday, you have to reach the Shiva temple and offer milk at the Shivalinga. It is believed that chanting the mantra ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ while renting the milk and scattering it in the place of one’s business with full reverence will increase the business.
5. Go to a Shiva temple and chant the mantra ‘Om Namo Dhandaya Swaha’ 11 times with a garland of Rudraksha. There is a religious belief that chanting this mantra will bring wealth.
